Service Description

Through ZOOM video conferencing you will now have the ability to be seen virtually wherever you may be! Initial virtual consultations are geared to educate and empower people, while aiming to develop individualized rehabilitation protocols to get you out of pain and set you on your path to success. This is a team-based effort, combining the medical knowledge from the Doctor of Physical Therapy and the knowledge you hold about your specific body to create plan for your next logical step(s) in attaining your goals.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice must be given. If client does not show up to their appointment within 15 minutes of start time, all fees will be forfeited by the client. You can reschedule up to the time of your appointment. In case of emergency or illness, please reach out to Zazu@PhoenixPT.info immediately.
