YOUR MOVEMENT MENTOR
Dr. Zazu Cioce D.P.t.
Doctor of Physical Therapy
As a Physical Therapist, I have seen first hand the good and the bad parts of our healthcare system. Having worked in both the hospital's outpatient and inpatient settings, I saw how people could not reach their full potential in a system that is meant to be REACTIVE and not PROACTIVE.
It did not take me long to learn that there was a better way. A better way so that people can truly reach their full potential and not fall through the cracks of the system.
Based on my experiences with clients, mentors, and my clinical education, my style of care focuses on building your capacity and movement independence. You hold the power to reach your full potential, and sometimes you just need a guide to help you unlock that power.
That's what I'm here for. Together, we will work as a team to discover your opportunities for growth. Our work will be centered around what you want your life to look like.
I started this practice with the goal of being able to truly deliver person-centered care that allows people to transform their lives while learning how to take care of themselves for their future.

Our core values
Core Values guide your experience and relationship with me. The goal is to help you move better, then move more often so you can live your life without limits.
You are a whole person, not just a "shoulder patient" or a "pelvic patient". Your pain or movement issue stems from your unique situation and specific needs.
You are unique- so why be treated with a cookie-cutter mindset? Experience one on one treatment sessions, with the same person, every time. There are no technicians, rehab aides, or physical therapist assistants. I am just as invested in getting YOU better, as you are in feeling BETTER. You will never look at physical therapy the same way again.
Keep doing the things you love, build a life environment that ensures lasting change. Take the rehab journey with us and we will deliver active treatments that you can continue yourself, and we will assist with lifestyle, workout, or movement modifications to help you be successful in the future.
You are always in control of your own body. I will never tell you that you can’t, shouldn’t, or won’t. I will put all of your options on the table with risks versus rewards, and give you the advice to keep you as healthy and safe as possible.
Most people's reasons for seeking out help is to be able to enjoy their lives again. So why shouldn't the process be enjoyable, too? Laughing and connecting are part of the culture, so it will be part of your healing experience.
With over 300 hours of continuing education, after my 7 years of school to become a DPT, you will be working with someone who strives to be on the cutting edge of medical advancements. In addition, I work tirelessly to understand you and your individual needs.
You will always be treated with respect and compassion. We care about you as a person, and your goals are as personal for us as they are for you. When you decide to take this journey with us, we are with you every step of the way- you become of the family and we make sure to do everything we can for your benefit.
