For Clients who have had an initial session in the last 6 months. 30 minutes- a choice of the following focuses: 1) hands on work to one area of the body (pelvic floor, neck, etc) 2) womb reiki or whole body reiki session 3) exercise program progression and feedback Cash, zelle. Or credit card + 3% convenience fee.
